The word Nimisa means, in the moment, or in the blink of an eye. Founders, Nikki and Adrian Wright chose this word because it only takes a moment to catch your thoughts and make wiser decisions. And those decisions will have a profound effect on your life and the lives of those around you.
Managing director and lead trainer, Adrian Wright BA (Hons), worked as a finance event manager in the City of London. He then left the City to teach and manage English in the secondary and FE sectors.
He has over a decade of mindfulness experience, practising from 2009 during a period of ill-health.
Adrian, and Nimisa’s associate trainers have completed teacher training with at least one of the following organisations:
They can be delivered through stand-alone workshops or as a five session course or coaching. Participants will follow a resource pack and have access to mindfulness downloads to practise at home.
