Morning of Mindfulness

A morning from 09.30 - 12.00, to find some calm, deepen your practice and to encourage regular home practice.

During the morning, you will be guided through a variety of mindfulness meditations, such as the body scan, sitting meditations, mindful movement and also some meditations using the senses, perhaps sight, sound or touch.  Please note, some meditation or yoga experience is required for this session.
Refreshments provided for a 20 minute mid-morning break.  You may wish to take lunch in Old Leigh at the end of the morning!

What to Bring:

  • A drink
  • A yoga/exercise mat or blanket for mindful movement
  • warm clothes and a blanket and cushion for the body scan

Please arrive around 9.15 to settle in before we start at 9.30.
