Mindful Afternoon

An afternoon to step out of life's frantic pace and give yourself some time and space. 
We begin with a short talk and discussion around authentic mindfulness and how a genuine practice can help reduce suffering and encourage flourishing.
You will be guided through a variety of meditations and, if you choose, there will be the option to spend the afternoon in silence in order to fully focus on your well-being.
The workshop includes a break with refreshments.
(Some experience of meditation or yoga required.  You may wish to bring your own mat, blanket, cushion but these will be provided)
