Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop

An afternoon to explore the theory and practice of mindfulness meditation, learning how mindfulness can reduce stress and lead to a richer life experience.

Participants will be introduced to the evidence based neuroscience, and experience a number of activities and mindfulness meditations firsthand.

We will practise a variety of meditations including: sitting, breathing, the body scan and also movement based.

Also, we’ll explore some ‘informal’ meditations such as mindful eating and meditating on sound. Each participant will receive a discount on Adrian's Introduction to Mindfulness course.

There will be a short break with refreshments provided.
