In-house 4 week Mindfulness Programme
This four week programme can run before, during or after the working day.
It consists of four, weekly, 40 minute sessions supported with a workbook and mp3 files (or CD) for home practice. Participants also receive regular 'mindfulness reminders' by email.
An organisation may wish to have one team or department take the course together or it might be offered to individual employees across the organisation.
If working with a team, Adrian can modify the programme to include some inter-personal and group activities.
