Mindfulness coaching is a tailored approach where Adrian works with clients to develop a programme designed for their individual needs.  The sessions will include a variety of mindfulness meditations, and clients will be offered an mp3 (or CD) of guided meditation/s to follow at home.  They will also have home or work practice suggestions to follow. 

Individuals might choose coaching, rather than a course, as they may want to apply mindfulness to one particular area of their life, such as work or a relationship, in detail or they may not be able to commit to a course schedule.
